RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. You need to return an item to the The Arthouse Projekt once your selected rental period of the item (s) ends.
2. To be eligible for a return of your security deposit, the rented item(s) must be returned undamaged and in the same condition that you received it, and on the day after the rental period ends
3. Delay in return will result in daily rental amount being cut from the security deposit, further dependent on the number of days delayed.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment).
3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank’s policies.
1. Shipping cost for the item(s) will be added additional to the total rental cost based on the distance and quantity of the items.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3. If you receive a refund and the shipping cost needs to be borne by The Arthouse Projekt, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
1. Rental amount is non-refundable.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. If an item is found damaged, security deposit for that item will be non refundable.
